  • Follow these guidelines to prepare for your appointment:

    • Remove ALL external body jewelry, including piercings and wedding rings, if possible.

    • Remove ALL nail and toenail polish.

    • Remove ALL make-up from face and any kind of body make-up.

    • Remove wigs and false eye lashes.

    • Hair should be pulled into a ponytail if it is long enough to do so.

    • Do not wear tight clothing because it can leave marks or indentations on the skin.

    • Discontinue use of spray tanner for one to two weeks prior to your appointment. The color must be gone by the day of your appointment.

    • If you have thick hair that visually obscures areas of your skin, consider shaving or hair removal prior to your appointment. (This does not apply to hair on your head.)

  • Wear loose fitting clothing, so that it does not leave marks or indentations on the skin. We have a private changing room where you may change into the provided medical gown. Because it is difficult to track areas of the skin that are not visible and captured by the camera, it is recommended that you remove all clothing, including undergarments.

  • Your images will be delivered digitally through our secure, HIPAA-compliant portal. You also have the option of purchasing a printed portfolio or encrypted flash drive that will be shipped to you within 30 days of your appointment.
